starts“I had never been so excited to receive a dust mop in the mail, but was disappointed a little when I received a damaged product. HOWEVER, my disappointment was short-lived due to the AMAZING customer service I received from the seller (Temples Pride). They had already emailed me about my product order, so I replied to their email telling them about the issues with my item. The automated response said to allow 2 business days for a response, and it was a Friday, so I was not expecting a response until around Tuesday. To my surprise, I received a response within 5 minutes of sending the email. Lance, was extremely polite, professional, and responsive to my concerns. Within 30 minutes or less from the time of my initial email, I had confirmation that Lance had ordered a new mop to be shipped to me.”

“I need to praise Temples Pride for their over the top response when I communicated a disappointment in the condition of the packaging when it arrived. I explained that I expected everything to work fine, and I did not request action on their part. Temples Pride quickly responded to express their disappointment in amazon’s fulfillment, and that they were sending a new unit by one day shipping. Negligence by amazon’s fulfillment department leaves sellers to address customer complaints in their own ways, revealing very different company cultures.
Some avoid resolution and others bend over backwards to ensure that customers feel safe with their purchase decisions. Buyers, if you want a responsive and incredibly considerate seller, here you are: Temples Pride.”
